As a Sales Associate you will be reporting to your Store Manager. Your diverse responsibilities will help you developing your skills and sales abilities in different areas:

Sales
• Achieve personal sales goals through the application of olsen Europe’s Selling Skills Standards

Customer Satisfaction
• Provide the ultimate shopping experience – built and maintain customer loyalty through professional customer service

Visual Presentation
• Ensure that the store is visually appealing through product presentation, managing quality and care, replenishment, store housekeeping and visual displays

Operations/ Administration
• Execute all inventory, cash and computer procedures according to company policy

Loss Prevention
• Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies as per guidelines and policies

By acting as a team player and reflecting the positive olsen Europe attitude, you will contribute to a healthy company image at all times.

We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, friendly, customer focused individual for our Clinique Cosmetics line.
You must display a friendly, outgoing, motivated personality who is customer focused and knows the importance of customer service and growing a business.

You must be a team player,exude strong communication skills, be self motivated and can work in a fast paced, ever changing retail environment.

You must execute business strategies, and deliver line and department objectives. Ability to achieve results and exceed customer expectations. Build relationships with existing clients and attract new.

Experience in Cosmetics, Esthetics, Retail is a definite asset.
